Product Warranties
Manufacturers Warranty:
Most products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is outlined in the product pages, and may be included on any accompanying product documentation. In some cases products will have a warranty registration form. This form must be filled out and returned to the manufacturer to enable any future warranty claims.
Worldwide Lifetime Warranty:
Some products, especially the military grade combat related equipment, come with a lifetime warranty. These particular specialist products are warranted against defect or malfunction, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This worldwide lifetime warranty has the following limitations and conditions:
- That the product is used for its intended purpose in its intended environment.
- That the product is not modified or altered in anyway other than by Military Craft or its agents.
- That the product is maintained and kept in a servicable condition by its owner.
Military Craft reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if it finds that any of the above limitations have been exceeded and or conditions have not been met. Military Craft and its agents reserve the right to either repair, replace or substitute to equal value. Warranty claimiants will be resposible only for the forwarding freight charges of any return, including international returns. Worldwide lifetime warranty claims can be initiated by filling out the contact form. All warranty claimants must establish proof of ownership in the first instance.
